…and bought it. The story of ZipDesk, from $20 and a dream to two buildings in Greenwood Executive Park.
If you come in, you may notice Aga has an accent. She came to the United States from Poland in 2001 with $20 and very little English — and worked her way to an accounting degree from Regis and a CPA license. We met working together at Deloitte in 2008. Andy left public accounting in 2009 to build businesses; Aga left her internal audit career in 2017 to build them with him.
That's when we went looking for office space near our home in Centennial. Everything we found was expensive, demanded a long-term lease, or was badly outdated. So we bought a building in Greenwood Executive Park and created ZipDesk in 2018: everything a traditional office provides — reception, conference rooms, mail service, fast internet, coffee that doesn't apologize for itself — affordably, and without the risk of a long-term commitment.
It worked. Building 4 filled up, earned a 5.0-star Google rating, and kept a waitlist. So in 2026 we did it again, bigger and better: ZipDesk Coworking Space, next door in Building 5 — this time with soundproofed walls and floors, individual climate control in every office, private bathrooms, and a staffed reception.
We're not a franchise and we're not a hedge fund's real estate play. We own these buildings, we work here, and if something's not right, you tell us at the front desk and we fix it. That's the whole business model.
